Beautiful Property
This property looks just like it does in the pictures. It is a beautiful home, and the host was very accommodating. We encountered no issues during our stay, as the property was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities. My family had a wonderful time, and we would love to use this property again in the future.

The house itself is spacious, stylish, and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home.The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool – it’s crystal-clear, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim on a warm day. We spent hours in the pool, soaking up the sunLocation-wise, this house couldn’t have been better. It’s tucked away in a quiet area, yet it’s still close to everything we wanted to explore – shops and restaurants

Short stay
The property is nice. We consisted of five adults. I would not recommend because the top bunk is small. It worked for us because we only stayed two nights. We were there for a funeral. It’s a perfect home for a small family with children or two couples. There’s a pool table, pool, tvs in every room and the patio. Peaceful neighborhood.

Great Location and House!
We really enjoyed our stay here for the week. The location, neighborhood and home were perfect! Very close to great restaurants, nice sidewalks in a beautiful neighborhood to walk during the day and the home was very comfortable and clean. The pool was nice, but the weather didn't cooperate for us to use it. Marco was an excellent host and his communication with us was great!! Truly a very nice home to stay in!!

Perfect staycation
We wanted a place in Kendall with a pool and close to where our young grandchildren live. This house checked all the boxes for us. We all enjoyed the pool and the kids had fun sleeping on the bunk beds. It was the perfect place for us and we plan to stay here again.

I had an amazing visit. This was my 60th birthday. I wanted to spend some time in Miami and go on my first cruise from there. Everything was soooo beautiful, the host communicated and made everything so simple.I hope to be able to come and stay again sometime. This is one of the best homes I’ve stayed in and highly recommend.

Beautiful house in a great location
I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is clearly on of the best. The house is beautiful and is very conveniently located. It was perfect for my dog as there was a nice back yard with lots of privacy. The host is extremely responsive. I can absolutely recommend this house without any reservation.

Not safe
I come to find out when I checked in that this is a 1958 house. It has been remodeled inside to some extent but, the windows are old and one of the windows in the bedroom was open because it was broken. There were missing blinds on the windows and if you touched the blinds they fell off. There was not current information on the contact phone number for the host. The air conditioner could not be lowered past 66 and it was programmed to turn off in a couple of hours. There were no pictures of the front of the house when I booked and the reason is that the house is old and not presentable. The house is not representative of the reviews provided. Horrible experience. You are better off staying at a hotel.

Loved it!
We did have a little trouble while staying here. The property manager was fast to respond and helping us resolve the issue! Loved the pool area! Our kids spent a lot of time out there! Nice neighborhood and location to so many things! We loved staying in Kendall! If we ever return, we hope this house is available!

Super hot in South Florida so the pool was a big hit. Enjoyed the property and located close to what we wanted to do - Alligator Farm, Robert is Here, Dolphin Mall. Marco was a great host.

This house was nice and spacious and very clean for our visit to family in Miami. We enjoyed the pool, and we’re appreciative of the laundry facilities. Lots of local eateries and stores for all our needs close by within a short driving distance. Very convenient to the highway systems while still in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Excellent Property for all occasions
My friend and I stayed in the Kendall area so that we could take our daughter's to attend a Sporting Camp at FIU. This property was in the perfect location, the price was reasonable and the amenities fit everything we needed as well as wanted. The bunks were awesome even for the 13yo girls and we all absolutely loved the pool as well as the charcoal grill. If I should find myself traveling to the Miami area again, I would absolutely go straight back to this listing and book it. Marco stayed in communication with us and even checked in to make sure all was well, which of course it was.

Home was clean and spacious. The pool and screened in outdoor seating were terrific as the weather was very warm for early April. The kitchen furnishing/supplies were somewhat sparse for our group of 4 who cooked each night. The residential neighborhood location was okay for our exploration of the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks, but it is a drive to restaurants and shops.
