Clean, Comfortable, and Well Located!

We rented this townhome while visiting family for a long weekend. Found it to be everything we needed - clean, easy entry and check out process, nice location, and a very responsive / helpful host. Would stay here again for future visits.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a work conference and didn't want to stay in an over-priced hotel! This house was in a great location, within 15 minutes from downtown WS and close to many local restaurants. The house was very clean, updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days! The parking situation was great, we had 3 cars and there was plenty of space! The neighbors were friendly, the neighborhood was nice, and felt very safe the whole trip! Only downside was, we struggled to get the front door locked and unlocked from the outside, seemed like there was an issue with the keypad! Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and I would stay here again!

Excellent accommodations

We chose this stay over a hotel while in town visiting family & were very happy with our stay. Accomodations were incredibly neat, tidy, & clean! Beds were comfortable. Hosts were great & friendly with an acceptable level of communication throughout the weekend. We will be bookmarking for fufure stays!

Lovely accommodations and wonderful hosts!

We were not able to get a hotel for Family Weekend at Wake Forest and found this condo instead. We could not have been happier! The accommodations were well-appointed, clean and very well thought out for guests. It could not have been easier or more pleasant. The hosts reached out to us appropriately and were very friendly and accessible. We will certainly book this property again the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Comfortable, convenient townhome

Townhome in an attractive, safe location near stores and restaurants. We were three couples in town for a Wake Forest football game. Perfect set up with three queen bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to book, owners very responsive, easy check in and out. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT STAY HERE

Can’t give an accurate rating other than zero stars because our host double booked this property despite us having booked a year in advance (which VRBO confirmed) and we were left with no where to go as most everything in Winston Salem was booked for college graduation. The host was not helpful or apologetic.

Graduation Weekend

Three brothers and three wives. We came to Winston Salem for a graduation. We have family here and found the townhome to be perfect for our stay. The unit was clean, and inviting. There was ample space to sit comfortably in the living area for our 6.The two full baths upstairs was nice and everyone said their beds were great.The neighborhood is clean and quiet.We felt very comfortable and would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable townhouse

Property was in great shape and in a good location. It was clean, well stocked, and up to date. Even though it is in a condo complex, it was very quiet and the back deck looks out onto a beautiful wooded setting. Check-in, check-out and communicating with the manager were all easy. Overall would highly recommend this property.

I had booked this property for a girls weekend. Unfortunately one of the women fell and hurt herself badly so was going to be unable to attend. I got in touch with the owner and he allowed me to exchange the weekend for another one. I then received this request for a survey for a vacation I never took. The owner will not answer my emails or calls from VRBO to find a solution to this problem. I would be very wary of renting this property.

Good location

Location was good. There needs to be some small changes such as having washcloths, and small packaged bar soap. Also, the heat was an issue. The thermostat had a low battery and heat wouldn’t stay on. I asked if there were batteries and they were locked up. This was definitely an aggravation. Overall, I give it an average rating.

3 BR 3 BA gave us plenty of room. No shortcomings. Clean. New remodel. Nice furniture. Great beds. Great pillows. Thick towels. Instant hot water. The A/C responded well. TVs everywhere. Even has a cozy private deck out back. Would have booked it for another day if it had been available. Five stars! Adult brother & sister traveling to visit family
