OCEANFRONT SOUTH END 3 BEDROOM UNIT on 4th floor (Unit 407) under renovations new flooring throughout . Enjoy magnificent sunrise, panoramic ocean views and the southern Virginia coastline for as far as the eye can see. Watch boats entering and leaving the harbor from the large corner private balcony that overlooks the beautiful Beach, Boardwalk and Rudee Inlet. Unit 407 offers a wonderful balance between wonderful views while feeling closely connected to the Boardwalk and Beach. It is also conveniently very accessible from 3rd floor Private Parking Space with one short stairway to Unit 407. Southerly end unit also provides convenient stairway access to Dolphin Run amenities directly below.

Living area has new 40-in LCD Samsung smart TV with matching Wi-Fi Blu-ray for downloading 1000s of movies. Living area also includes newly reupholstered love seat and Queen size pull out sofa for maximum sleeping flexibility. The master bedroom has a King bed with same TV and Blu-ray as in living area with private bath and balcony. The middle bedroom has Queen and twin beds with 37-in 1080p LCD and DVD player, while the guest bedroom has 2 Queens with 37-in 1080p LCD TV and DVD player and private balcony.
