Heather & Kurt live locally in Santa Rosa Beach. Heather is an Atlanta native, and it didn't take her long to ditch the city life and move to the beach in 2009. Kurt is an Air Force Veteran and was lucky enough to get stationed in paradise in 2008 and never left. We are your local source for all things beach!

Windancer Shores is a quaint, private beachfront community with 8 private homes and a low-rise condo building that share a gated access to the private 200+ feet deeded beach. Ideally located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive, you’ll be near tons of hot spots like the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, Seascape Town Center and beachfront local restaurants like Surf Hut, Whale’s Tale and Pompano Joe’s. Windancer has a Gulf-front pool that is seasonally heated and beachfront bbq grills.
What makes this property unique
Calling all entertainers, this will be your new favorite beach house! Whether you're relaxing in the poolside cabana, playing in a heated pool volleyball match, or taking in the sunset from the third-floor lookout, you will be hard pressed to find a better suited beach property.
