Summary:
From May 1 to June 30: Only the 4-BR, 3-BA main house will be available. Weekday work (M–F) will be limited to the pool house, where we are adding a 1-BR, 1-BA guest apartment.
Starting July 1: The property will offer a total of 5 BRs and 4.5 BAs. This includes the 4-BR, 3 BA main house and the new 1 BR, 1 .5BA guest apartment with its own kitchen & living room, plus an additional half BA by the pool.
After Oct 1: The writer's cottage will no longer be accessible.
