Brand new home located in Yacht Harbor(Less than a mile from FloraBama) a community close to the beach and boast views of the gulf and on Ole River side. This is a 5 BD/5 bath luxurious free standing home was completed in December 2023 and will sleep 14+. Community has private dock with some first come boat slips completed now, community pool to be complete late July/August with pickle ball court. Home also has a private 15ft heat swim spa until community pool is done.This home will have almost 2500 sq ft of heating and cooling living space with 2 Master Suites (one on each floor), elevator, tankless heaters, big balconies on each level on the backside of home for great views of the bay and gulf. Close to FloraBama(less than a mile) Crab Trap, several beach access points with parking, Johnson Beach Entry, restaurants, grocery stores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. This is a new neighborhood with brand new homes being built around this home. Neighborhood should be completed by 12/24.
