The house was even better than the photos! Kitchen was well equipped, location was fantastic, and the pool table was a great addition! Would highly recommend for a group of friends or family!
Amazing home! Thank you for the wonderful stay. The kitchen and tvs and everything were top notch. Owner was friendly and helpful.
Only request for next time would be more mirrors upstairs - but I get that the average golfing group does not care about mirrors:)

Why they chose this property
Pinehurst is the home of American golf. I have never found a group of friendlier people than the residents of Pinehurst. Our home is nestled in the charming, quiet, historic Village of Pinehurst within walking distance of the Village shops, restaurants and bars. Walk to the farmers' market on Saturday mornings and Wednesday afternoons or just enjoy a stroll around the neighborhood. Plenty of choices for enjoying a day of golf with nine (soon to be ten) Pinehurst Resort courses and many other wonderful golf courses nearby.
What makes this property unique
One of the nicest homes in the Village of Pinehurst, the house was built in 1917 and was purchased by Mary Chapman in 1918 to house the Cottage Colony School. The school was highly regarded, and graduates attended colleges and universities including Columbia, Yale and Harvard. The house has been renovated to include modern amenities but maintains its historic charm.
