Perfect setup! Great for a getaway. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. It was private, quiet and gorgeous. Will definitely be going back!
Whatever you’re imagining, it’s better. Everything you could need is there right off the bat with anything needed for longer stays (more firewood etc) only a text away. 10/10 will recommend! To Aaron and Heather, can’t thank you enough it was perfect.
If you're looking for a remote, relaxing getaway with a touch of class, this is the place! Owner was very accommodating and helpful, the tent was clean and spacious, bed very comfortable, and there were special touches (coffee maker, woodstove, adorable outdoor shower, camp stove). I would definitely recommend!
We were only here one night, but we had a terrific stay. The bed and sheets are super comfortable, the tent is immaculate and spacious, and the property grounds are truly beautiful and well-maintained. Our dog loved the fresh picked raspberries from around the field and all the room he had to be a dog. We highly recommend this experience! Thanks to our gracious hosts for all the amenities!
Beautiful little clearing in the woods to feel like you're away from people but not totally isolated. Hosts were very accessible and clear with how to use the amenities of the campsite.
My partner and I stayed here for a wedding. Hosts were incredibly kind and reliable; allowed us for early check in and provided ample information on how to get there/how things work. We bragged to everyone about our place and left wedding early, eager to get back. Will be recommending and hoping to stay here again! Thank you!
Stayed for one night in between visiting Portland on our way up to Acadia National Park, and wish we stayed longer! Everything was clean and well set up for our arrival. The attention to detail made everything very comfortable and feels like your own private camp getaway. Host had great instructions for the shower setup and had great communication.
Absolutely picturesque and secluded location, perfect for a weekend to reset. Hosts did a wonderful job communicating, they have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into their property which is evident in the details - they have thought of all the things their guests may need!
I stayed 2 nights at this rustic property and it was wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. Great layout, main tent was the hotel room alternative I was hoping for, clever shower set up, and great composting toilet design. Would definitely stay there again!
Everything from the location to the hosts were perfect. A lot of care and design skills were utilized in building this place. As a contractor/builder myself I appreciate detail and usability of a property. I personally loved the outdoor shower, a little cold but I loved it anyway. The tent was well constructed and we know from our experience there that it will withstand a severe thunderstorm. We lit the wood stove and it warmed the tent in 5 minutes. The fridge was unexpected but great for keeping my beers cold lol. The fan over the bed helped us to sleep comfortably. There was plenty of cut wood for the outside fire pit as well and we loved having a fire the second night after the rain storms subsided. So overall we loved the place and privacy was really the most important thing for us.
My partner and I had such a great time here, and we wish we could've stayed longer. It was clear that every aspect of the experience was thoughtfully curated for guests to have a comfortable, outdoor experience. The property had everything we needed and more to have a fun and relaxing time. Even with some stormy weather, the tent was completely secure and dry, and it was nice to hear the rain on the trees and roof of the tent. Overall, we loved our experience and would absolutely come back!
