Getting Around:
Please, Drive slowly and with caution in the neighborhood. Many families walk or bike the property. Parking for 2 standard vehicles in the driveway under the home (no trailer parking). Free street parking is available along the service road outside the resort.

Can get around by bicycle, car (rentals available at FL Keys Marathon Airport), Uber/Lyft or bus.

Other Things to Note:
~ Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Keyless entry. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 2 standard sized vehicles. No trailer or boat parking. No pets permitted. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. For stays longer than 30 nights, each guest in the home must complete a background check for the Ocean Isles Fishing Village HOA with a $50.00 fee per guest.
