Lucky you to have found this 2-cottage 4- bedroom- 2 bath compound -Swimmer's Paradise. Wake up and jump in the lake. Take a dip at night under the stars. Nothing to harm you in the silkiest of water (no motor boats allowed). 75' of lake frontage with sunset views over 85 acre Big Fresh Pond (2nd largest and best body of fresh water on Long Island -a glacial kettle hole created 10,000 years ago from the most southern morraine of the last Ice Age- hence, it looks like the Adirondacks in the Hamptons) and beside 135 acre preserve! Has dock, kayaks and fish and turtles and birds. Beautiful outdoor living and grilling with awe inspiring views. No car needed. Walk to deli, best fish store,etc. Tennis, gym and ball fields at Southampton Rec Center a bike ride away. A very very special property.
4 miles to ocean beaches, and 1 mile to Peconic Bay, but you will not want to leave. Bikes are available. An incredible nature and peaceful experience awaits. Ocean beach parking permit avail. Feels like Maine in the Hamptons.

I have travelled the world and this is my favorite swimming spot. I am a family guy with young kids and am an avid sportsman.
Why they chose this property
It is my favorite place to swim Very soft water.Properties rarely change hands on the lake as houses are cherished for generations and no new houses get built.
What makes this property unique
Like a nature spa. Have a massage or stretch on the lawn or hammock by the lake and listen to the breeze rustle the leaves.
Very tranquil, like the Adirondacks by the ocean. I love to spend a day in 3 bodies of water- the Bay, ocean, and fresh lake, and finish with outdoor shower and grilling lakeside with sunset over the lake.
