Escape to this stunning beach townhouse, where breathtaking ocean views and luxurious amenities await you. There is a rooftop deck for sunset cocktails, a shared pool, and direct access 50 steps to the beach at Beach Access #77, this is the perfect destination to unwind.

This is a 6 Bedroom 4 Bath Townhouse that is attached to a larger lodge and with private entrance. Additional rooms can be added for 7, 8 or 9 plus bedrooms for a larger party. Please inquire for details on the layout.

The main living space is on the Second Floor and it has the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Laundry and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the Forth, Fifth and Sixth Bedroom on located on the First Floor. Please see details below. Additional rooms can be added for 7, 8 or 9 plus bedrooms for a larger party. Please inquire for details on the layout.

The Rooftop Deck has amazing Sunset over the ocean and enjoy evening cocktails and there are also Sunrise Views over a Dune lake that is next to the property.

Lots of space for large group

The location couldn’t be more convenient to the beach and is on a quieter end of the PCB area. Rooms were all comfortable, lots of space, very very clean. We would love to rent this again.

Beautiful property.

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and just steps from the beach. Plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen for meals. Plenty of towels and a spacious bathrooms.

Girls trip and best time with friends

We had the best time on our girls trip, the layout worked great. We loved the kitchen and spent a lot of time in the townhouse and it was perfect! We made cute cocktails for the rooftop deck for sunsets and it is right across the street from the beach.

Best Trip for our family

We enjoyed the rooftop deck and we spent most evenings there watching the sunset and even had dinner up there a couple of times. The house had plenty of space and the beach was just across the street and it was convenient for both my older parents and young kids. We also loved the two large dining tables and we’re planning our next trip.

Great for family stays!

We had a family vacation at this property and the experience was great! We were right across the street from the beach access and the house was beautiful. The property manager always accommodated our requests and responded fed very quickly. Definitely recommend!

Great ocean views and truly seconds to the beach

We recently stayed at this vacation rental and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The ocean views are great, and there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My parents loved having the ground floor space to themselves, which came with its own kitchen, making it perfect for them to relax. We had amazing family dinners on the rooftop deck while watching the sunset—those were some of the best moments of our stay! The layout was ideal for both privacy and family time. Honestly, we wish we had found this place sooner. We can't wait to come back!

Ladies Getaway

Perfect location to where we wanted to stay and great size house and very spacious! Loved the convenience to the Carousel and Thomas’s, but also can be at dinner in Grayson at Red Bar with an easy car drive away.

Great location

The location was great and the upstairs was nice. The pictures make it look better than it actually looked in person. The downstairs smelt like mold and mildew. There was a terrible ant problem, we even found ants under the bed matresses. There was definitely a pest control problem all around. The pool was so dirty our last day, we couldn't swim. Some of the lawn chairs were coming apart. The layout worked well for our family. Easy beach access. But for the money we paid, I definitely feel like it should have been a lot cleaner.

Amazing Sunsets from Rooftop deck

We really enjoyed this townhouse and the rooftop deck with ocean sunsets were amazing, very clean and the high ceilings made it feel so open and airy and loved the 2 dining tables for our large group. The beach is across the street and a great pool. It is shared with other guests and no problems since it is so large. We also rented another large beach house next door since we had a group of 40 people. One of the bedrooms is detached and the couple enjoyed the privacy, we will be back soon

Wow this is the spot

I definitely will be back here. So modern and clean. Views are amazing. Roof deck spectacular sunsets. Love the kitchen and room layout. Large swimming pool. It was shared but large and no issues there for us. Smaller detached rooms below with own kitchens for grandparents. Ground floor so they liked it.

Simply put, disgusting

We feel like we were highly dooped by this listing. The pictures look amazing. It looks fresh, clean, and newly renovated. What you can't see in the pictures are the stains on the ceiling from leaks in the roof, you cant smell the mildew in the basement or black mold around the AC units, the couches were dirty, the walls were smeared with who knows what. I have so many pictures I could share. Check it was confusing. We could barely figure out how to get in. The pool was filthy upon arrival. Luckily that was taken care of. If we could have been immediatly refunded and found a different place to stay for our large group, we wouldn't have stayed here.
