Cute and efficient home

Stay was wonderful. Great host. The location was perfect for us. It is a very new neighborhood. There is a golf course down the road. Hiking 15-20 minutes away. House has a great hot tub to soak your day away. Definitely would stay again.

Great Relaxing Getaway

We had a great stay at David’s place. The home was comfortable, clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we could possibly want for a fun & relaxing vacation. The location was convenient for accessing outdoor recreation as well as the farmers market in city center. David was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. We’ll definitely stay again when we head back to Las Cruces!

Perfect place to stay while visiting family

We have family in Las Cruces and visit regularly. Glad we found this place to stay. It was perfect for our family of 4. It is clean and well taken care of. I would gladly stay here again for any of our future visits.

Property and communication was great from beginning to the end. Very convenient to NMSU, comfortable place for our family to hang out while we moved our kiddo into the dorms. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great oasis in the desert!

David was a wonderful host and the property was perfect. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at ease in a beautifully decorated home located in a quiet neighborhood. We spent many hours enjoying the hot tub, too! We frequently visit Las Cruces and look forward to another stay with David.

Perfect place in Las cruces

The location was perfect for our stay. The house was well equipped and really beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable. The host was exceptional, quick to reply, and very accommodating.

Cozy Home!!

We had a wonderful stay! We needed somewhere nice to stay for 3 nights and were looking for a one story to make it easier for my mother in law to navigate. The home was perfect, super clean and super safe. The beds were comfortable, everything was modern but comfy. I would highly recommend and I would return again! The property owner, Mr. Dave, was professional and kind. The rules were easy to adhere to. The hot tub was clean and worked legit. 10/10 looks as good as the pictures, honestly even better in person! Book it now - its nice and cozy!!

Where peace and serenity are enjoyed

This beautiful space is definitely our Las Cruces home away from home. Soaks in the morning, soaks at night... Home cooked meals... A warm comfortable bed... Every last detail is perfect. Dave is an excellent host. We'll be back!

This home is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. It is updated, well appointed, and comfortable. I had a conflict with VRBO about a very large damage deposit and David, the owner, went to bat for me and got it resolved in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this home!!

Wonderful Holiday Retreat!

We have traveled the world, stayed in many hotels and a few rentals. This home was a wonderful surprise! It is so beautiful and comfortable. We golfed all day for two days at nearby courses. We went back to the house and soaked our old bones in the hot tub. We cooked our own meals in the very well appointed kitchen. All in all it really was great. Safe, nice and quiet neighborhood with nearby stores, restaurants and golf courses. We will definitely be returning and hope to stay a little longer.

Great place!

This home is perfect! The layout is 2 bedroom/2 baths and was ideal for two friends from different states to get together for a visit, in a nice quiet neighborhood. And a great base for exploring the area and visiting local families. The home was immaculate, nicely furnished, and the beds were so comfortable. We hadn't considered the hot tub in our VRBO choice, but it was a great feature we took advantage of. The host was incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had and so nice. We are sorry we didn't have a chance to meet him in person. Hope we have a chance to visit again!

5 Star property that is exceptionally well maintained and fully functional. Check-in process was seamless. Clear and easy to understand use of property instructions were provided. Las Cruces Oasis

This is a very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed home in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is readily accessible to main highways and all that Las Cruces has to offer. The home had everything we needed and the owner, who graciously left a welcome gift for us, responded quickly to our questions. Check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. We have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals through the years and this was one of the best.
