This neighborhood is central to all the great places in LA, from the beach to century city mall, santa monica, venice, etc. It's all easily accessible! This quiet neighborhood is the perfect place to get away at the end of the day.

What makes this property unique

This one bedroom unit has very high vaulted ceilings and skylights for incredible light. The appliances are new, as is the entire renovation.
