This home features stylish interiors, modern amenities, and a serene outdoor space that invites relaxation.

You have entire access to the home!
Jacuzzi is available free of charge for 5 hours at your desired time, except during quiet hours.
If you need more time to use the jacuzzi, there will be a $25 charge an hour.
Pool heating is available at $60 per night

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking.
The jacuzzi does not have bubbles/air blower feature.

* We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door.
* We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.
* Most gas fireplaces are for decorative purposes only.
* The fridge is not connected to a waterline due to leak risks. If you need an ice tray, we'll have one delivered within 24 hours.
*The mailbox access or keys are not provided unless the guest has a lease agreement.


All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
