Good for 1-2 nights only

The room had a good location. We LOVE Los Tules. The listing did not mention that we would not receive cleaning services. There is no refrigeration either, even though there is space for an apartment sized fridge. We will not be repeat customers.

Room was not as pictured, dirty had to leave

Picture shows two beds with nice spread with bed pillows and decorative pillows as well. The actual room had no bedspread on bed but a white stained sheet cover on both beds. There were no pillows for sleeping on either bed but there were dirty, stained decorative pillows. Was terrible! Air conditioning was not working and we were told at the front desk there was a mini fridge and microwave, there was not. I have pictures if interested. We checked out the next morning, spoke with owners to refund the other nights. Told us she would check with housekeepers and get back to me! So far no response.
