Misleading and Disappointing Experience in Three-Bedroom Rental
I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a three-bedroom apartment that fell far short of expectations, leaving me utterly disappointed. From misrepresented details to broken promises, this rental left much to be desired.
The owner had clearly misrepresented the condition of the apartment, conveniently omitting crucial details that significantly impacted our stay. The refrigerator, a basic necessity in any living space, turned out to be non-functional. Despite the owner's assurance that someone would promptly investigate and possibly fix the issue on the day of our arrival, no one showed up. It was not just an inconvenience but a blatant disregard for our comfort. The fact that the owner was aware of this issue, yet failed to communicate it beforehand, speaks volumes about their lack of transparency and disregard for their guests' experience.
Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning in the living room made our stay unbearable, especially in warmer weather. This left us sweltering in discomfort, with only a small fan to use in the living room.
Adding to the frustration, the promised check-in process was a complete debacle. Instead of someone being there to assist us, we were handed two sets of keys by the doorman, and to our dismay, one set did not work. This not only wasted our time but also showcased the owner's and management company's negligence in ensuring a smooth check-in experience for their guests.
Overall,its the lack of communication, broken promises.
