Avalon Beach House

We truly were thankful to find this little gem that worked for all of our needs on our family vacation. The kitchen had all the utensils, plates, sheet pans, bowls that made making dinner easy. I had only wished that there were some basic kitchen staples like salt and pepper but that was very minor. The house is located super close to the beach. However, we have 4 little ones and didn't want to play frogger with such a busy highway, so we did do a beach drop off and my husband drove the car back to the house and walked across. I would say this would be perfectly fine for older children or teens. The rooms were all orderly and tidy. Plenty of fresh towels and we were provided with extra shampoo, conditioners, bar soaps, which were helpful. This is a great home that my children, husband and I hope to return to again.

Overall good place

Floor wasn’t very clean, turned everyone’s feet black. And there was no dishwasher, though there was dishwasher detergent… Outdoor shower was ok. A/C had a hard time keeping up with doors closed and shades down, even at 85 degrees. Location was convenient but the highway noise was constant

Great place

This little house was clean, cozy, and perfect for a family with 4 teens. Great location as we were able to walk to the beach and some shops. Good location for driving to sight see.
