Please Review the RULES:

- YOU MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK AND BE A GUEST!
- NO PETS ALLOWED.

- We do not offer refunds for bad weather, COVID-19, or other extenuating circumstances, for this reason, we recommend you purchase trip insurance.

- Mountain WiFi: we are in the mountains so although we do have internet and streaming services WiFi capabilities may be limited by weather and signals.

- There are twisty, turny, one lane roads throughout the area. Please use caution while driving through the mountains. We do recommend the use of Snow tires or four wheel drive in the winter months. While TN does not get a ton of snow, the steep streets can sometimes be hard to get up without it.

- You are in the wilderness and may come in contact with bears, turkeys, bugs, and other critters! This is normal and while we do perform regular critter/pest maintenance, not everything can be avoided when staying in the wilderness. Please be respectful of their space in the wild. DO NOT leave food in cars and be sure to keep windows and car doors locked.

- The cabin is on septic. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!

The cabin is incredible and exactly as described and pictured. Clean, cozy, bed was comfortable (a little high if you are short like me!). The cabin is well stocked with essentials and a lot of extra's that I rarely see in other cabins. You can tell the cabin owner cares about the cabin and ensuring guests are comfortable and satisfied. Cabin is in a good location, easy access, flat parking, no climbing mountain roads. Barbara was awesome to work with and super quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Perfect cabin for two

Very cute, cozy cabin. It is not secluded but it has enough privacy for the hot tub. We really enjoyed our time there!

Wonderful cabin

The cabin was clean and lovely. The bed was quite comfortable, which is more than I can say for some places I've stayed. Having a washer and dryer at hand was a godsend since we had to pack light. If you like to cuddle on the couch and watch TV with your sweetheart, the TV is a decent size that you don't have to squint to see. I found the location to be convenient. It is not far off the main road into town. You don't have to drive a bunch of twisty mountain roads when you return home for the evening. If you are looking for seclusion, be aware that there are other, larger cabins to either side. It is mostly private, as there are no real sight-lines to the other cabins from the front deck. The deck overlooks the road a few hundred yards away at the bottom of the hill and the hot tub is walled off from view. Unlike some properties you hear about, the checkout and cleaning instructions were reasonable, throw your towels in the tub and start the dishwasher sorts of things. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
