Great place in a great location!
Excellent property that is next to the snowflake chair. Ski in and ski out. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great dove for families and friends. Will stay again.

place to stay and have access to the slopes. As others have mentioned, there is a fair amount of poling on the Snowflake trail to get back but not enough to take this property off the list.

Perfect Breck Stay
Would stay again! Great location. Clean. Comfortable. Roomy. True ski in/out. Heated garage with plenty of space to hang gear. Random helpful info: snowflake trail back is a catwalk at times. Room for 2 cars total. Airport lot is cheapest if extra cars. Hot tub info is on the side of the wine cooler (we saw this last minute). Kcup stand in kitchen but no keurig so bring regular coffee!

Really enjoyed the home. Comfortably accommodated our three adult couples - each with our own bedroom and bathroom (one en-suite, the other two next to the bedrooms, but each pair on their own floor to facilitate privacy). Additionally, an extra ‘family room’ next to the garage that worked well for putting on and taking off ski gear, with rack in garage for skis and poles. As noted in other posts, ski-out is very convenient - out the garage door, down some steps, and onto Snowflake trail to the lift a couple hundred feet downslope. Ski-in is also on Snowflake trail, but hampered by three flat areas that require a fair amount of poling. Still, substantially easier than entry through 4-O’clock trail and hiking up to the home.

Great Stay and a Great Location
My family and I had a great stay at this property. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the radiant heat (just like home). The artwork was amazing. Ski in/out was so convenient. The property is also just a short walk from downtown. The only negative - snowboarders beware. The Snowflake trail to the property has a couple flat spots that you will have to walk. Skiers can pole through them with a bit of effort. We definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful Property, Great location
Great location right on the Snowflake ski trail and quick ski to the Snowflake lift. Property is well organized for a group.Nice, open common space for hanging out, but bedrooms are on three floors which allows for separation between the sleeping area and group area. We would certainly stay here again!

Ski and snowmobile adventure
The location was perfect, the condo is well stocked in the kitchen and other areas. Short walk to transportation, a blue route right to the back door. You can watch the skiers on the snowflake lift while you have lunch at the dining room table. The oxygen room was a huge bonus for some in our party, used to the oxygen rich air of TN, it helped with the adjustment.

Great condo for our family of 6. Teenage boys had the basement level to themselves (3 beds). 12 year old had the bedroom on the main floor. My wife and I had the master bedroom upstairs. Easy walk to downtown. Trail behind the condo was great to take up the mountain to a lake for some fishing (use salmon eggs and a bobber).

A great place to stay
A beautiful ski lodge/condo on the Snowflake trail so very much ski-in/ ski-out. Very comfortable rooms, lots of daylight and fabulous views of the mountains. We enjoyed the lovely hot tub after a great day of skiing and the oxygen generator was very much appreciated to adapt to the altitude.

This was my first time in Breck, and let me just say that we could not of stayed at a better place. Snowflake lift is in your backyard, walking distance to shops/restaurants. 10/10 🌟🌟🌟

Breckenridge ski trip 2023
House had a great location. Easy access and management gave us a couple of hours to check in earlier, which was great. Half of our group came from Peru.. long trip! Only problem was no hypoallergenic pillows, no humidifiers and a little dusty. Also we had a problem with the smoke detector which management came immediately to fix but the problem recurred in our last night around 1 am and we had to get up early to check out on time. Which btw we were a little late sorry. But had to deal with the beep beep all night. Things happen.. Will stay there again next year!!! Had a great time skiing in and out!! Thank you

Fantastic Venue
As advertised! The condo was truly a wonderful stay. The Ski-In Ski-Out option was pretty awesome. Hit the snowflake lift the moment we saw it start running, skied in for lunch, then back on out again. Only challenge when skiing in is that the snowflake trail has a few flat spots that will require some extra arm muscling to push yourself onward until you get back to a decline again. There is a slight drop to the hill immediately next to the snowflake lift starting point, but easy to snowplow down it if you’re less comfortable. Hot tub on the balcony was so cool. Fits two most comfortably which is not big deal bc it’s next to a game room with a TV where the rest of the gang would hang, and we’d all take turns. You can only take the heat for so long anyway. Kitchen was fully ammenable with great equipment. The high living room ceiling makes the place feel so big and open. The views were amazing and it’s a great spot even if not skiing. We had one person who stayed back in the condo and just enjoyed the place, hiked around near by and read books (and had lunch ready when we skied in 😉). We had six total adults and it fit us very comfortably. There were two bunk beds remaining for a couple more folks. But each of the three couples had our own room, and own bathroom, although two of the rooms’ bathrooms were not directly attached to the bedroom. No biggie bc they were all on separate floors anyway. The bottom floor bedroom had an oxygen hookup that filled the room with extra oxygen to help with altitude conditioning. The floors were heated and never felt cold for even a moment. It’s a decent walk in to the down town, maybe 15-20min to get to an actual restaurant, but it’s also very easy to catch and use the bus system if it’s too cold to walk. There is a bus stop within 3min walk from the condo. We are tempted to make this an annual trip to Breck and will 100% be at this location... assuming it isn’t snatched up by anyone else. 😊

Perfect ski townhouse
Everything was 10/10 at this property! Very clean, true ski in/ski out, and exactly as described. Note that hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels-all are provided for your use already in the townhouse. They even provide kcups for the Keurig. Make sure to bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The hot tub was perfect after a full day of skiing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Mountain Comfort and Convenience
Ski in/out is a dream being feet from the lift in the morning and skiing right up to the property at the end of day. Heated garage with extra driveway space works perfect. Large unit with all the essentials. Only complaint was our timing with the chlorine levels in the hot tub was unbearable. Otherwise we had a wonderful time in a great space with amazing views and convenience.
