Pésimo, me hablo el responsable porque no sabía usar Expedia y me cancelo mi reserva, donde me regresaron mi dinero y fue menos por tipo de cambio y después me dijo que fuera a su hotel pero cobraba más caro, no se como no verifican a estafadores como este y luego me metí a Expedia y ya aparecía con otro nombre el hotel
