*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, the fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The backyard is fully fenced! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*HOT TUB - Available from October 1st through April 30th.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

This was a great place to stay. Close to everything and in a very nice neighborhood. The place was full of little extras and was extremely well kept. We would stay here again.

Perfect stay in KC

We came to visit family for Easter This home was nice and clean and had everything we needed! Hot tub and fire pit were a nice bonus Loved the decor and the beds were very comfortable. It is close to many great restaurants and shopping and I felt like it was located in a very safe neighborhood We will definitely be coming back

The house easily accommodated six adults. Plenty of room. A bit of a timing dance with two bathrooms but we made it work.

Nice home in nice neighborhood

This was a nice older home located in a nice neighborhood convenient to downtown KC. The home had everything necessary for our 5 night stay. A few notes: the 1/2 bath is upstairs and it is very warm on the second floor. There are several gaps in the fence out back so if you have a small dog they will be able to get out and there are 2 very large dogs next door that were pretty aggressive at the fence. The TV in the back den would not work but the management said that they would have it looked at and fixed. Overall the home was comfortable and we would stay again.
