Enjoy a spacious open floor plan with marble floors, a granite kitchen and minibar, and cozy spaces both indoors and out. The Owner’s Suite features luxury linens, a plush king sized mattress, a walk-in shower and a private deck. The second bedroom offers another king sized bed and a peaceful outdoor sitting area. Our third bedroom features a queen sized bed and a triple bunk, perfect for families or a third couple. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower.

Fully stocked for your stay, the kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and coffee maker, blender, Insta-pot, and reverse osmosis drinking water. Share meals around the large indoor table or on the scenic screened porch overlooking nature.

Cool off in the private pool, or gather in the shaded entertainment area with a brand-new pool table, ping pong, TV, grill, outdoor shower, and games.

Two golf carts are included for exploring the island’s 350-acre preserve, stunning beaches, and breathtaking sunsets. Plus, you’ll have access to the exclusive Island Club with pools, a poolside bar, kayak and bike rentals, and more.
