Our stay

This property is clean, comfortable with a fantastic host couple. They were very accommodating. Any questions were answered quickly. It’s easy to see they take pride in renting this property.

Nice neighborhood, excellent property, enjoyable stay

We stayed here for an extended period of time and it was a memorable and enjoyable time. The immediate neighborhood is very safe and active, with many families and dog walkers out daily, along with well kept homes. The house has all the needed amenities and is setup well with 4 beds and a fold out. Very fast WiFi for working remote and the streaming television. Everything is new, modern and in working order. There is also a large screened in patio area with seating for enjoying the nice weather. Driveway is steep, but easy if you back in and if not the whole street is available for parking. The host was pleasant, responsive and very respectful of our privacy. We did not encounter any problems during our 6 week stay.

Perfect weekend!

Such a beautiful and cozy place, exactly like the pictures! Well stocked with everything you’d need for a fun stay. Loved the location and neighborhood. Great communication from my wonderful host, highly recommend!

In town for Concert

2 couples looking to stay near Tampa Bucs stadium for Kenny Chesney/ Zac Brown concert. Found this listing and it did NOT disappoint! Everything is as pictured. There was enough space and all items needed were there. We had one teenie-tiny hiccup with a bathroom door knob but fixed it and all was good. All messages to the owner were answered very fast. The only down side, each couple had an SUV which made parking a bit difficult. The driveway is VERY steep and the entrance to the driveway is flanked with two very short, dark colored concrete walls. We did bottom out our Explorer backing out of the driveway and are now leaking oil. I suggest, park in the street. Even with that issue, I'd still stay here again and again!

Gorgeous and modern getaway!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and newly renovated! It is true to the pictures. The house was very clean and had all the necessities needed. The owners were very nice and helpful when needed. The house is in a decent neighborhood and quickly accessible to downtown Tampa and Busch Gardens. highly recommend this lovely home!

Snag this spot if you get the opportunity

We did a girls weekend and it was the perfect spot. Neighborhood was adorable for morning walks, super close to Ybor City which is a must, and the place was extremely clean and cozy. Hands down one of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed in. We’ll be back :)
