Perfectly location, close to everything and exactly what we were looking for. I would have given an overall 5 rating; however, the floors were dirty, bathroom was not clean and we couldn’t control the water temperature in the shower. The first shower was tepid and every other shower was so hot we could hardly stand it.
Was a good location except we heard traffic from the highway near by. There were some minor issues but the owner did what he could. We only had cable for tv part of the time but we can blame that on comcast.
Cabin was very clean, check in was easy. The hot tub worked great! The host is very responsive and cares about his clients. I would recommend his cabins. We will be back next year for the Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion!
I booked this cabin because of the five star rating. I have been to several other true five star VRBO's and I can tell you this one is not a five star. While it was clean enough, it looked like it hadn't been dusted in ages. All of the appliances are very dated. Make sure to bring your own sheets and pillow cases (required by property owner) and don't expect any hand soap, laundry soap, etc. The five star VRBO's I have been to made you feel truly at home. This one felt like a regular cabin I could rent any where.
The location was good if you can handle crowds in Gatlinburg. I felt the Cabin could use some updating.
I was surprised to have to supply our own sheets and towels. Since we drove, that was fine but would have been a hassle if we had flown into the region. Brent was very
good with communication, however!
The appliances are a little dated and the fireplace leaves a smell, but all and all it is a nice place and very easy to check in and talk with the owner. I would recommend it and would stay there again if back in Gatlinburg.
The cabin was perfect. Very comfortable, very quiet set in the woods just like me and the wife like. It was everything that the listing says.
We even had the opportunity to see a black bear walk in the woods very close to the cabin and we got some great pictures of him.
Very nice location, quiet and pieceful, can’t hardly hear and traffic from main road, didn’t care for the wind chimes, they woke my husband other than that we loved it. Highly recommend staying here, even if it’s not your honeymoon.
