Great location!

Joseph’s property was great for our long weekend in Cleveland. The apartment had plenty of space for the four of us and was within walking distance of all we wanted to do. We had a slight issue accessing entry using the call box, but other than that it was a great stay!!!

Perfect location

Great spot to stay if you want to go to R&R HOF, all Cleveland sports venues, etc. parked in garage Friday and didn’t get back in the car until we left Sunday. Check in with as the only issue thankfully someone else was leaving the building about 10 minutes later and let us in. The place to call to get in the as not correct and the person had no idea what I was talking about

Great location to stadium and downtown area. Apartment was basic but adequate since we had no intention to hang there during our stay. Listing says shampoo and soap… which was a used bar of soap in the shower and a bottle of suave under the sink. The access to the building per the email instructions was 100% inaccurate so someone had to let us into The building. To obtain the key to the unit was like a scavenger hunt. The sharpied label on the lox box located in the stairwell on the 1st floor was pretty much all rubbed off but we found it nonetheless. To access the building and after we got in initially a nice couple also staying there gave us their code for the door because it took a day for the host to respond about access.

Great Location

This place was perfect for the weekend, it was very clean, easy check-in/out process, and the location was PERFECT! It’s walking distance to Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage Arena. It was also very close if you are looking for Food & Cocktails! The place itself was quiet, safe, and extremely clean, we had no issues and would recommend staying. We will be back the next time we head to a Cavs game :)

Downtown CLE Condo

The property was basic and served our purpose well. We parked the car in a garage about 1/2 block away and left it there for our entire stay. Great location - 1 mile from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and she Science Center, 2 blocks from Progressive Field and Heinen’s (high end grocery store). There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The only complaint is that kitchen could be better equipped for those of us who prefer to eat in.

Great location

Clean apartment, great location, easy access to shopping and airport. Owner can communicate better .or leave instructions in the app.We didn’t get the Wi-Fi password throughout our stay of 4 days. Kitchen utensils can also be stocked up better. Very bare number of utensils was available. Otherwise enjoyed the stay !

Work trip

The location of the property was great for access to much of Cleveland area. There were some minor defaults including one bath/shower being so full of hair in the drain it doesn’t drain the water well. We also arrived on a late flight and if not for a nice individual letting us in the front door we would not have been able to access the lock box, so the check in process needs some updates because the entrance code provided did not work. Once in, our stay was pleasant!

EHHH. I’m good.

Stay wasn’t ideal, there was nowhere to park and the listing stated the parking garage is where guest parks but we where told we couldn’t park there, had to call to get the code 7 times!! Before finally someone answered, the apartment definitely needs some deep cleaning…kinda seems like they just do the bare minimum. I definitely wont stay here again. I guess if you’re in need of a place and nowhere else Is available, then this would work.

Great location!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. This location was excellent, near a lot of fun places to eat, shop, etc and easy walking distance to the other downtown highlights. The price was great too! I thought the layout of the place was unique (but not bad). Very nice kitchen. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. However, we did have a few problems. One of the bathtubs was extremely clogged, basically unusable. The shower curtain of the same tub was stained. And there was not a single comfortable chair in the whole place, which was inconvenient. Overall, I would recommend this place because the location was so great, especially for short stays or if you are not planning on hanging out around the rooms much.

Nice place-very poor access & communication

I submitted 3 different messages (approximately once a month) prior to our arrival seeking transportation recommendations. I never received a single response. The day we arrived, we followed the check-in instructions & Step 4 when it said to select “Always Hampton, LLC” no one picked up. We tried 3 times before someone answered. The man firmly stated that the instructions we were given were incorrect. We asked him for help & what we should do to get in the building & he said he didn’t know. Luckily another group was going into the building & allowed us to enter with them. Once we got up to our place it was very nice looking & clean. Two separate locking bedrooms each with their own bathroom on opposite ends of the place which was very nice for our needs. I’ve stayed in several VRBO’s before so I looked for the welcome letter/binder but we couldn’t find anything. No welcome beverages, food, snacks; no recommendations for sites to visit, entertainment, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, supplies; no expectations about taking care of the property or checking out; no helpful information of where to go or who to contact if…. Absolutely nothing! Then after 3 days, our key FOB to the building stopped working. Again we waited in the rain for another group to come along to allow us inside. The host finally returned our call and gave us a code that should’ve been given at check in. We had to use the code the remainder of the trip. Access & communication was a nightmare.
