We stayed here last year too. The house is very clean, nicely decorated/updated, and comfortable, and it’s just a short drive to Hartwick Pines, canoeing, and good restaurants. Very easy check in.
Great property convenient location in relation to the interesting town of Greyling, outdoor activities. Communication and check-in/check-out went smoothly.
Beautiful remodeled house in family friendly neighborhood. Host was quick to answer messages and great to work with. Would stay again when in the area.
This was everything we needed for our stay in grayling. The only thing i wish vrbos would have is a full length mirror! We also couldn't quite figure out how to work the AC but that could've just been user error. Would Def stay here again!
This house was very nice and clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was close to Hartwick Pines, canoeing, bars & restaurants. Very nice place and the host was quick to respond.
Adrea did a wonderful job remodeling the place. We were there to see the Kirtland’s Warbler and it was very convenient. The place had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. We were a little surprised the A/C was a window unit in the one bedroom, but thankfully the fans circulated air well and it was nice temps during our stay. Otherwise the place was great. And in a nice neighborhood too.
Second visit here in a month. Good location, close to town but just far enough away to be quiet. House is clean, neat, newly remodeled and dog friendly. An AC unit was added after our initial visit, which was much appreciated. All the essentials for a nice stay.
Lots of nice ameneties, but it's listed as having AC. The only AC is a window unit in the furthest bedroom from the kitchen. While fixing supper, the kitchen got very hotvery
just a little quality time spent together. the house was very nice, owners were easy to contact, check in was a breeze. only downfall was no propane for grill, otherwise very nice house and wouldn't hesitate you stay again
Convenient location...minutes from the highway and downtown Grayling, yet away from the higher-traveled areas. The house looks new inside, everything has been nicely renovated, right down to the drywall and trim and new furnishings. The clean, empty garage was an added bonus. The only thing missing would be air conditioning, but we just happened to land on an unusually hot weekend. Although there are ceiling fans, they just couldn't quite keep up when the outside temps got into the 80's. Everything else was pleasant, including the grill and patio out back.
Perfect place for a couple or small family to stay in the Grayling area! The house really is totally remodeled - everything is new or like new. Spacious kitchen with eating area and all new Maytag appliances. Very comfortable living area with couch, two recliners, and a large TV. Two nice size bedrooms, primary has queen bed and second has bunk - double below and twin above. Ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms, plus window A/C in primary bedroom (which we did not need). Very quiet neighborhood just north of the city of Grayling is convenient to both town and points north, like Hartwick Pines State Park. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the basement, and use of the large garage. Easy access and check-in via key code, easy communication with owner via VRBO app, and easy check-out - no long list of "chores" to do. Would definitely stay again if in the area, and highly recommend!!
