Quiet Country home on half acre lot just outside city limits but still close to Downtown New Braunfels (5 miles) Schlitterbahn (6 miles) Historic Gruene (9 miles) and Tubing. Relax in hammock swings on the covered back porch, play corn hole or roast s'mores in the fire pit. Coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen and charcoal grill. Fast WIFI and large dining table that makes great work space.
