This is my second house, good enough for a guy. I keep making improvements when I come up to work in the area. For example, I will be hooking up a hot tub. What I enjoy about the house is the wood fireplace and the simplicity.

This is a nice place to stay. 2 bedrooms, 4 beds. 2 couches. TVs in every room. Kitchen, stove, washer and dryer, fridge. House is a bit older but the owner is working to fix it up, which is evident by the updated down stairs bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The town is very small and the house is just on the edge of town. I was in Minnesota for work so I'm not sure of the proximity to lakes but I would assume it's not very far as lakes are everywhere in this state. Plenty of parking and outdoor space for your kids to play. Owner was very responsive to questions.
