Charlotte was very helpful making sure we were comfortable. The water heater gave out, but within a day, she had plumbers installing a new one, and even quicker she got us a convenient place to shower. Also, the location couldn’t be better for a Sonoma visit.
This charming cabin was the perfect choice for our stay. We loved that it was immaculately clean and blissfully quiet. Our dog loved sniffing around the lovely, secured yard. This comfy cabins location was central to all the day trips we'd planned and the welcoming bottle of wine was a sweet suprise! 5 Stars!
Very comfortable…
Very clean
We really enjoyed our stay and hoping to come back very soon !
The host left us a beautiful bottle of wine that I thought was so nice !
Came for a romantic getaway and wine-touring.
The place is very cozy, but had all the elements we needed! Bed was very comfortable, linens lovely (we’re fussy), kitchen well-equipped, bathroom with a great shower, and comfortable couch with great big TV for winding down at night.
The place was a very quick walk to a convenience store and wood fired pizza place, mexican gelato place and bakery. We walked the 2 miles into the heart of Sonoma easily (mostly bike path). Ubers were easy home, Parking was right outside.
It doesn’t look luxurious on the outside but it was perfect! Highly recommend!
Although the little house is small it is very well appointed with many touches added to make it pleasant. The kitchen is very well equipped and the neighborhood has walkable choices for takeout meals. So close to everything in Sonoma!
Wonderful location - everything from wine country to north coast
Cute and cozy, this well-appointed cottage was perfect for a long weekend getaway! We loved that we could bring our dog, and found great canine friendly patios and wine venues close by. Charlotte has clearly put a lot of thought in making sure everything you need is right there... Highly recommend!
This cozy cottage was incredible. It gave my wife and I such relaxing vibes. We had everything we needed and then some. Everything was clean and it had to be the most comfy bed on this planet. The TVs were awesome and they spared no expense. The outdoor area was neat although we didn’t stay long enough to really get to enjoy that feature. Shower was resort style with great pressure. Plenty of space for a 1 bedroom house. We will be staying here again.
The cute cottage was perfect for us! Very quiet and close to some great restaurants and the plaza. We will definitely be back again soon!

Cute renovated cottage. Air conditioning does not reach the bedroom, and there is no screen on the window in the bedroom, so no ventilation. I ended up on the couch. Not such a big deal when it’s cooler out, but still.
House is on a tilt, so doors don’t stay open or closed.
Really nice, cute kitchen. Owner did great with such a small space. Flowers and wine were a nice touch.
I wish the patio furniture were cleaned, would have been great to enjoy wine in that cute space too, but was covered in webs and ants.
Ants in the house too…
Overall 3 star. I don’t think I’d stay there again.
Our flight in the way out got cancelled. Charlotte was so sweet and offered to let us stay an extra day in the end. Loved to way she used the most of the space. Loved the decor.
We enjoyed our stay at this sweet little cottage! The bottle of wine was a thoughtful gesture. We loved walking over to the Fairmont for live music on Friday night! Quick drive to many wineries and great eaterys. Thank you for a magical time in Wine Country.
My husband and I came up to attend a concert in NAPA on Sunday night. We arrived Saturday and had a lovely bike ride into Sonoma and dinner at Mary’s Pizza shack. We still live in Sonoma county many many years ago. This is a lovely little place to stay and get reacquainted with our history.
A convenient and cozy place to stay for a long weekend in wine country! It was perfect for my partner and I - we spent most of each day out and about, and this VRBO was conveniently located and easy to access. The kitchen is well-stocked, but there were not many pantry supplies. All good, though - Sonoma/Napa offered more than plenty of amazing dining options to choose from. The place was just a touch dusty/musty, but opening the windows and letting some fresh air in each day certainly helped! Would stay here again.
Stayed at the cottage for 3 nights to attend a family wedding. Size was perfect for us, with all the needed amenities. Bed was super comfy! The only small issue was making sure we were at the right place when we first arrived, and working the gate latch. Walked to the local donut shop one morning for fresh donuts and criossants. Would stay again!
My fiancé and I loved staying here - it was perfect for two! Probably tight for more, but great for a couple and super close to downtown Sonoma and tons of wineries!
The location of the cottage in Boyes Hot Springs was really good for visiting Napa first, then driving over and visiting Sonoma the next day. The cottage was very clean, and has all the amenities list. It warmed up quickly found some excellent Mexican restaurants in the immediate area, within in walking distance. It was very quite and relaxing. We really enjoyed the area as it was close to several wineries we had never visited. The only recommendation I would make is try to arrive to the cottage during daylight and it will make it easier to locate. We look forward to reserving this great place again.
As others have noted this VRBO exceed expectations. Perfect little get away spot for the wine country in a quiet little neighborhood of bungalows. Although our dog did not end up staying with us as planned as college daughter wanted him, it is great to know that we can return with him in the future. We have close friends in the araa and it is nice to have our own space so as not to wear out our welcome. The private yard is charming and sunny in the morning. Love the big oak tree. Kitchen is astonishingly well appointed. I could have done much of my Thanksgiving prep here if necessary with both a kitchen aid mixer and food processor. Lively stay all
Around. Quite w we will return - bonus that it is 3 Minutes from my all time favorite Mexican restaurant El Molino.
