Misleading listing
We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this VRBO. Unfortunately, the photos of the unit were not accurate; they must have been of a similar unit, which resulted in a different bed count than advertised. Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors had not been cleaned, with visible dust and dirt in all of the rooms and on the window sills.Several issues further detracted from our stay. The pantry door in the kitchen was broken, and the TV in one of the rooms could not connect to any services. Additionally, the shower rod had fallen, and we were unable to tighten it to hang it back up. To make matters worse, loud music from another unit disrupted the peace and quiet. On top of all that, there was no laundry on the premises, despite the listing claiming otherwise.After seeing these problems and more, we contacted VRBO, and they are currently investigating the matter. We sincerely hope they refund our money, as this experience felt like false advertising and a bait-and-switch. We would not recommend.property based on our experience.
