THE SPACE
Villa Sereno is divided into two floors, with large indoor and outdoor spaces offering 180-degree lake views.
On the main floor, there is an open living room, formal dining room with seating for 10, a breakfast area with an amazing view of the lake and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. In addition, a spacious a master suite with large floor to ceiling windows looking over the infinity pool and the lake. The master bath is truly a “Spa Bathroom” with a steam room, soak tub and a large shower room with multiple jets. There are two additional bedrooms and full baths on the main floor as well.
One the second floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms that have either a lake or garden view. Guests will certainly enjoy the large movie theater with recliners, state of art projector and audio equipment. Enjoy TV, movies, shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, or other popular streaming on a 140” screen.
Villa Sereno is designed to offer guests deep relaxation immersed in unspoiled nature overlooking the lake. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake on large patio decks. Soak in the infinity pool and jacuzzi with lake as your backdrop. Grab your morning coffee and take a walk on a private trail down to the shell covered beach and lake shore.

Main floor:

• Guest Bedroom Twin – 2 Twin XL beds, full bath, lake view
• Additional Bedroom/Office – 1 Queen pull out bed for 2 children or 1 adult, garden view
Second Floor:
• Guest Bedroom Queen – 1 Queen bed, full bath, lake view
• Guest Bedroom Queen – 1 Queen bed, full bath, garden view
LUXURY SERVICES
We provide 24/7 personal House Manager service. Upon check in, our house manager will greet with guests and show guests the property and amenities. During the stay, our guests can contact house manager for any questions or requests.

Guest access
Guest can access whole property, pool, spa, garden and trail to the lake.
HOUSE RULES
• All guests must be pre-approved. A full guest list will be required.
• No wedding, drinking party of any kind.
• No more than half of the guest are younger than 25-year-old.
• No drugs, no smoke, and no pets.
• Quite time is 9:30pm – 8am. No outdoor noise during those hours.
* Note, boat dock access is currently unavailable due to the low lake water level.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
* A separate, signed AGREEMENT between Villa Sereno and guest will need prior to a guest stay. A list of full names and ages of all guests will be required. There will be no rental without the completed agreement.
* A photo ID copy will be required in advance for the primary renter.
