Whether you just want to relax on your plush king-sized bed, whip up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, take a nap on the 6.5 ft. couch, or get some work done at your personal office space, this home has everything you need to enjoy your visit!

The property comfortably sleeps six people with one king bed, one queen-sized bed and one sofa bed as well. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

This is a one-story home and both bedrooms have access to our newly renovated, sparkling clean bathroom!

Complimentary wifi, Netflix, tea, and coffee are provided as well. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at a home you own!

Guest access
You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the driveway on the side of the house which can fit two cars. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully-stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber/walk to any of the amazing restaurants and shops in the area!

Other things to note
Self-check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with a secure door code at your private entrance to the duplex.

Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

For profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5, we also require a pre-authorization for a damage deposit after the booking is confirmed. The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method, and would only be charged if there are any damages or missing items upon checkout. This is required prior to check-in instructions being sent.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
