Enjoy a peaceful 1 bedroom condo on Lake Winnipesaukee. Includes a full kitchen, open living space, queen size bed, day bed/trundle which sleeps 2, full bath, a small deck off of the living area with lake views. This unit is located on the 1st floor close to on site laundry, pool, and community room. Minutes from Weirs Beach, shopping, dining, and the Bank of NH Pavilion. Plenty of parking and free WiFi! The bedroom has ample closet an storage space along with a large flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower and toilet separated from the sink/vanity area that can be accessed through the bedroom and main hallway. A large living space offers an area to relax or dine in with a full kitchen for all your needs. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening sunset from the balcony located off of the living area. Amenities include air conditioning, internet, basic cable, onsite laundry facility, outdoor pool, gas grills, and covered parking.
