We would love to have you come and stay in our lovely beach house!

Enjoy scenic ocean views while you eat in the dining room that seats 10 or the breakfast bar that seats 4. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed with ample supply of dishes, flatware, glassware, cookware, and utensils for your use. It boasts a gas range, double ovens, griddle, dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator. There is also a separate beverage kitchen and refrigerator.

Great wood floors throughout the main level. The living room is amply furnished with comfortable couches, chairs, leather ottomans, and loveseats. There are 2 large flat-screen HDTV, plus 6 more flat screens throughout the house.

The first story features 1 1/2 baths and two rooms other that the uge family room. One room has a queen bed and adjoining bath; plus another room across the entry hall just for Office use and a place to relax. The second story has 2 baths and 3 more bedrooms:( an oceanside room with 1 queen) ; ( another ocean side room with 1 King and a single trundle), and 3rd bedroom (.a queen bed and single trundle ). Plus a BUNK room that is designed for the kids. . All bed linens and bath towels are supplied within your cleaning/ linen fee of $450. This is Ocean/Beach front Huge deck with ample furniture, screened porch with swing bed, loveseat and rockers . Private beach walk over is literally on the beach. Outside showers with hot water. THIS IS FRONT BEACH you walk straight down to the ocean. The waves and ocean sounds are Wonderful.

Stroll to the beach on a private beach walk, and rinse off in one of the two hot-water outside showers. Or, just relax on a large deck, screened porch, and enjoy the hot tub!

Upgrades this year include a brand new front porch a new paver driveway that accommodates 4 cars comfortably with more parking across the street. We added a 7ft. extension across the ocean front deck and views remain phenomenal up and down the ocean front. We have brand new central heat and air units. Plus we continue to update our linens throughout the house. . Brand new hot tub. You should have seen the crane that lifted it over 3 stories to deposit the new hot tub and remove the older hot tub.

My Mom’s 70th birthday

We celebrated my Mom’s 70th birthday at the “Blondie.” We had the most incredible time. It was close enough to the restaurants, but far enough where we had a private beach that we only shared with our neighbors. There were 8 adults and 4 kids that fit very comfortably. Our distance to the beach, plus that amazing deck with the jacuzzi on it was the BEST. Candace was always ready to respond to any question we had. We had an amazing time at this beach house, a week we shall never forget!

Great house in Folly

Perfect for our family ranging in ages from 5-85. Loved the location and had plenty of room to gather together. Nice kitchen and good parking available. Right on the beach!

Family Fun

Blondie provided a perfect setting for our family of 9 adults and 3 children to come together from across the country for a week of relaxation, eating, and playing. Cooking is a central part of our gatherings and the well equipped kitchen exceeded our expectations. The location on Folly island is excellent and the opportunity for direct access to the beach allowed us make frequent trips between the house and beach. We received good support from Candace and her supporting staff.

Folly Beach Family Getaway

We had an amazing vacation on Folly Beach! It was our first visit to South Carolina and we could not have chosen a better spot for our family to have the ultimate beach vacation! This house was a winner - plain and simple. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped for a large family. We cooked almost all our meals for the week at the house and the kitchen was a dream to work in. Being able to be right on the beach is key to getting in the most time relaxing on the beach with the family. The weather cooperated all week long so we lucked out but had there been rain, we easily could’ve spent more time enjoying and exploring Charleston so this area will not and cannot disappoint. Overall we were very pleased and hope to stay here again.

Thanksgiving Holiday

The location and view could not have been better. I have never stayed somewhere that I could watch the sunrise and set from the same spot. It was beautiful. The weather was perfect and I enjoyed watching the porpoises play in the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The living room was cozy and enough room for us to all sit comfortably. We had blast making memories with or family.

Clean, roomy, well attended. Located on the quieter side of the island, yet within easy reach of all you could want. Wonderful views. Kudos to the owners for providing all a vacationer could want from the hot tub to beach chairs, some toys for the kids and a wonderfully appointed kitchen.

little piece of heaven

I wanted a place on the beach where my extended family could gather, and Blondie more than filled the bill - it is so close to the beach, I can sip wine on the deck while watching my grandkids build sandcastles, or sit in the hot tub, or inside a screened porch. On the occasional rainy day, there's more than enough room/games/books/TVs to keep everyone happy. The owners are very helpful, accommodating, and available. This is a very comfortable and capable home that will keep us coming back!

Great location, and most stocked house we've ever visited

We have been renting houses at Folly Beach for 20 consecutive years, and this oceanfront home is one of our favorites by far. First, the location is sublime. It's very close to the end of Ashley Road, which means there are only a couple of streets behind us. Therefore, the beach is far less crowded than similar houses that are closer to Center Street. On the other hand, it's still just a short drive via car or golf cart to the shops and restaurants. Second, this owner has STOCKED this house for your enjoyment. There are TONS of beach chairs, towels, spices, pots and pans, koozies, games, books, and other items that will delight you. As someone who has rented many different houses here, this is unusual. Most houses are, to put it kindly, sparse in this area. FInally, the owners are super friendly and helpful! They personally supervise and chip in with the preparation of the house, so it was clean, well-manicured, and ready for fun. They took me on a 30-minute tour of the place and provided a detailed overview. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Didn’t want to leave

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The home was comfortable and had lots of extras from the swing bed on the porch to the ice maker. Location to the beach and town was perfect. Kitchen was so well equipped that we cooked home every night. The icing on the cake were the owners. They were so helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were happy. We plan to return!

First Visit But Definitely Not Last Visit

My family traveled to Charleston for the very first time on this trip and we were not disappointed!! Folly Beach is beautiful and lively and we enjoyed every minute. "Blondie" as the house is called lived up to her billing and much more. We are a family of six and had more than enough room to spend time together and have some quiet time to ourselves as well. The beach views are absolutely incredible and I miss them already. :). Candace and Robert leave nothing to be desired as hosts. The house was clean, they provided an amazing amount of amenities (hot tub, beach chairs, etc.) and they met us at the house for check-in. We can't wait to see Candace and Robert again very soon and look forward to seeing "Blondie" again as well!!

PERFECT Beach house with Wonderful Views! We walked in and felt at Home! Candice and her Husband were very welcoming! Great location right on the beach. Very large and comfortable living space. Large Kitchen with ALL amenities. Beds very comfortable. House was very clean with extra sanitizing products. The screened in porch was relaxing and the open deck perfect for watching the surfers, dolphins and waves. Thanks for an Absolutely ENJOYABLE stay! We hope to return!

Perfect Fun-filled Beach vacation

We were looking for great ocean views and a relaxing spacious beach house. THIS IS IT! We were only steps to the beach for surfing, paddle boarding, walks on the beach, and lounging with feet in the sand. We spent lots of time on the screened porch and the large back porch. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The house was very clean and had a lot of cleaning supplies available for us to use also. The A/C was not as cold as we like it but everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Great Week

Our family had a wonderful stay during the COVID epidemic, and the beach was not crowded. The house was all as described online. The kitchen had everything that you could ever need, and the screened porch was a delight. The house is directly on the beach, and it was amazingly convenient with spectacular beach views from the upper bedrooms. The decor is homey and welcoming, We look forlward to returning.

Memorial Day week

It has an ideal location with the beach right off the back porch. The screened in part to enjoy the ocean when it is raining and the open part for when it’s not. Very spacious and comfortable with open commmon spaces both indoor and outdoor with lots of seating. Would highly recommend it. Planning on bringing family back in the future
