Otimo Apt...Otima localizaçao...Otimos anfitrões

Meu marido e eu alugamos os apartamentos da Fabiana e do Elton três vezes, sempre por um mês ou mais. Fabiana e Elton sempre foram muito acolhedores, atenciosos e bem simpáticos mesmo quando nós chegamos muito cedo pela manhã. Seus apartamentos são sempre bem equipados com todos os fundamentos básicos que você possa vir a precisar para uma estadia curta ou longa longe de casa. Os apartamentos são muito bem mobilados, um decor moderno e confortável o qual facilmente nos fez sentirmos em casa. A localização é muito conveniente com o Shopping Jardim Sul menos de dez minutos a pé. Não podemos recomendar-los apartamento melhor. My husband and I have rented apartments from Fabiana and Elton three times, always for one month or more. Fabiana and Elton have always been very welcoming and friendly even when we have arrived very early in the morning. Their apartments are always well equipped with all the basic essentials you will need for a short stay away from home. The apartments are well furnished, comfortable and you easily feel at home. The location is very convenient with Shopping Jardim Sul less than ten minutes walk away. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

O apto estava exatamente igual ao anúncio incluindo pequenos detalhes. Apto estava limpo e a manutenção sempre em dia nos meses que fiquei com a minha família hospedada . Os proprietários sempre estavam muito disponíveis a ajudar no que fosse necessário. Recomendaria para amigos e familiares e também se for necessário futuramente voltaria sem nenhuma dúvida. Apto próximo a Shopping Center e restaurantes.

Perfeito. Recomendo demais.

Apartamento que da vontade de morar. Tudo bem cuidado, de ótimo gosto, clean e espaçoso. Varanda gourmet equipada e com ótima vista. Pra completar a dona é um encanto de pessoa e prestou uma assistência alem do necessário. Embora tenha ido resolver problema de saúde, tenho ótimas recordações. Recomendadíssimo.

Muito boa ! Recomendo!

Foi Alugel de apto por temporada. O inmovel e exatamente como ndescrito, não existem diferencias entre o ofertado e recebedo.Todo funciona corretamente, alem de estar decorado com carinho e bom gosto. O atendimento e entendimento com os donos foi claro, ágil e legal, ao mesmo tempo gentil e educado.
