This near 3500 ft in elevation, mountaintop country cottage, is perfect for a family or couple's getaway. Up the winding gravel road of the mountain, you will find a peaceful retreat. Day trips to the nearby towns of West Jefferson NC, Independence, Damascus (Virginia Creeper Trail), and Marion VA, are great for hiking, biking, canoeing, tubing, (the New River) and shopping, and then maybe relax at a winery. 10-15 minutes down the mountain you will find great local food spots, Sarah’s at Fox Creek for a nice dinner, the Corner Market, and even a new coffee shop!
