ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE MEMORIES!!

We can sleep up to 8 people in this spacious 3 BEDROOM and 2 FULL BATH condo with over 1450 SQUARE FEET of LIVING AREA.
We are located on the FIRST FLOOR and have BEACH VIEWS from all windows. FULL SIZE Kitchen and Laundry in condo unit. NO ELEVATORS in the condo complex. Inside staircases and with condo front doors located in an internal hallway.

Don't forget to use our LOCKED STORAGE - outside and downstairs for all your beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys!

We have 2 huge OLYMPIC SIZE POOLS, 2 CHILDRENS POOLS, and plenty of lounge chairs to go around.
Sit by the pool and watch the kids swim or to just soak up some rays!

Our Little LAGOON views are spectacular with our private pier, gazebo covered fishing area, and even fish cleaning stations.
We have a private boat ramp into the Lagoon with over 50 first come first serve boat slips! No extra fees!
The charcoal grills and picnic tables under the land gazebo will come in handy to cook your catch of the day after fishing!!

RELAX on our FURNISHED BALCONY with your morning coffee or in the evening to watch the sunset and listen to the waves rolling in!!

In all 3 BEDROOMS, you will experience very comfortable beds!
~ In the MASTER bedroom you have a KING SIZE BED and FULL- SIZE bathroom with a separate dressing and closet area.
~ Bedroom TWO has (2) DOUBLE beds.
~ Bedroom THREE has a QUEEN bed.
Another FULL-SIZE bathroom is in the hall area right next to the other 2 bedrooms.
The LARGE DINING area will seat 8 comfortably and 2 at the bar...
All rooms are SPACIOUS....

Sea Oats has deeded beach access straight across Beach Blvd. with a resting area and outside shower to rinse off before you head back to the condo or to the pools.

Third return visit.
This was our third time staying in Mary's unit. As always the condo was in excellent condition. Check in was simple. Mary was always available to answer questions or help if needed. There was an issue with the cable provider for the entire resort, Mary was quickly involved and did all she could to help resolve the issue. We have already reserved for next years stay.

We spent an entire month alternating between beach walks and Lagoon gazing. The condo had a perfect layout and all the kitchen conveniences you could ask for.

Beautiful Condo With A Great Location
The condo itself is great! Spacious kitchen and living area, with a large table! The 3 bedrooms are great for a family and the location is perfect. The pool is right outside the condo and the beach is a walk across the street!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats G105. It was well stocked not only with kitchen supplies/utensils, very nice towels and the storage unit had a lot of beach chairs and a wagon. There were floatation devices as well but we did not utilize those. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice clean comfortable stay while enjoying the beauty of the Gulf Shores.

Awesome place and owners!
We absolutely loved our stay at this sea oats condo! This was our first time here, but definitely not the last! The condo was plenty big for our family of 8. Also being able to use the beach chairs, etc from the storage closet was very nice! Mary was very quick to respond with any questions I had.

Wonderful Beach Vacation
This was a wonderful property to stay in with my family. It was incredibly clean, there were many different kitchen appliances available including two types of coffee pots, a crock-Pot, and microwave. All the dishes and utensils that we would need were available and that saying a lot with six kids in tow. In addition, the beds were comfortable and smelled really good. Out of all the places that we have stayed, this was the cleanest. It was a quick walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool which was just below us. I would absolutely stay here again. The host was communicative and friendly. Definitely a five star stay for us!

Beautiful Beach Condo!
Our family (5 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed our stay at this beautiful clean condo! We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the property. The beach supplies closet was so nice to be able to use (chairs, canopy, beach toys, and a cart)! We can't wait to come back for another Gulf Shores trip!

Second time around
This was our second time staying in this unit for our January stay. We love the location--beach view, close to grocery, attractions and restaurants. Our questions and concerns were addressed by the owner in a timely manner. There were plenty of large, high-quality towels for each bathroom. The photos on the web site accurately depicted the unit. We will certainly consider this unit again when we return to Gulf Shores in the future. Ron & Nancy A.

Wonderful place to stay!
This condo is beautiful, clean, has all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. Mary is the best host and is very responsive to any questions that you may have. The check in and out process was seemless, very easy and quick! I would highly recommend this condo. We had 8 adults in our party and plenty of room for all. We cooked in and also ate out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make a delicious meal. I must also mention the towels... absolute heaven! The seating on the deck made for beautiful views of the pool and the ocean. Our party very much enjoyed the fishing from the lagoon docks. It's simply the perfect setup! We loved our time spent in Mary's condo!

Best Condo!
The location is amazing! You’ve got the bay behind you and the beach in front. We did tons of fishing on the bay. There’s a couple of lovely piers for you to fish off of with fish cleaning stations that have water ran to them. The condo itself was large enough for our family and infant (who just learned to crawl); it was clean and well stocked! The storage closet downstairs had TONS of beach toys and chairs and even a wagon for your use. It was super convenient to be able to leave all of our beach stuff down there and lock it up with the same key that unlocks the condo! Mary, the owner, was super helpful and prompt with answering any questions I had. I will definitely be staying here again!

Nice Place, Terrible owners.
It was a nice place and close to the beach. However, despite having to pay a hefty cleaning fee, we followed the checkout procedures which included sweeping the condo, throwing all trash, putting all of the towels washing, and cleaning and putting away all of the dishes. I’m now getting charged for a damage fee because they supposedly had to clean more than normal. Oh and there is a scratch on the stovetop, so they may have to replace the whole stove apparently. With all that being said maybe you should look elsewhere like I will be doing for my next trip.

Wonderful, updated condo
Renting this condo was an excellent experience. My extended family had rented several condos at Sea Oats and this unit was the nicest, in my opinion! The first floor unit made access easy and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. Mary made the process completely painless and was responsive to any inquiries. The condo was clean but it is a beach property so sand was still present, but it's impossible to keep sand completely mitigated.

Loved being so close to both the lagoon and ocean! We had a great family vacation and enjoyed the pool as well. The living/kitchen/dining was very spacious. We were surprised to find so many beach toys/chairs in the locked storage area that helped so much for beach days!

Great week!
This was our first time staying at Sea Oats and we were very pleased. We had a large group of friends staying in various locations within Sea Oats, but I thought our condo was the best! :) We have rented a large house for many years so it has been a long time since we have stayed in condos. This one was perfect for my family. The walk to the beach was super easy, even being across the street. The condo was clean and decorated very cute. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for the week. I definitely would stay here again!

Our family has been coming to Gulf Shores for over 30 years. We have stayed in several other condo complexes. But we always came back to Sea Oats.
Sea Oats has the best vacation spot to us! Hands down!! Gulf and Lagoon access, Gulf and beach views, olympic size pools, boat ramp and slips, and outdoor gazebo for grilling, and so family friendly. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Sea Oats is only 3-4 miles away from the core of Gulf Shores and so many activities they are too many to list.
Not crowded and quiet with just enough activity and excitement in the air!!
Not a stressful vacation spot...laid back and relaxing....
Our Home away from Home!!
