Summary:
Our home has a great room with stone fireplace, large wrap around porch, a separate dining area (with its own porch!), and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinets. For ease of access and privacy, the great room, kitchen and master are located on the upper level while the family room (with its own large wrap around porch!), a wet bar and two nice bedrooms, each with its own full bath, are on the lower level. The home fronts on the 14th fairway.

The Space:
You will have two family rooms to spread out!

Guest Access:
Access to the Trillium Clubhouse amenities are available on a first come, first serve basis, with a separate fee. Please send us a private message if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity. As I’ve said, spots, fill up fast!
Day rate: $50, Week rate: $200, Month rate: $500.
