The annual Chairman's Club at Hualalai Resort will take place from Monday December 1 through Saturday December 6, 2025. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.
The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

Please be advised: Our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. We then require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. During Festive Season our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in. We also require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in.
In the event the reservation is canceled by the Guest for any reason, please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will be withheld from all rental funds received at that time except in the instance of Force Majeure. Hawaii general excise tax GET (4.712%) and transient accommodations tax TAT (13.25%) are added to all rent and other charges received by the Owner. (17.96%)
Additional Fees:
Mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $350 applies to all reservations for stays of 7 nights or longer.
