Summary:
With its chef's kitchen, heated bathroom floors + contemporary decor, you'll live in the lap of luxury during your stay in this modern, open-concept, three-story Tremont home. You're in CLE's most desirable neighborhood, steps away from fine dining, cute boutiques, art galleries, green spaces/trails + a 5 min drive to downtown CLE. This exceptional home comes with 2 bikes to explore the city, a 2 car garage, a spacious backyard with a small fenced-in area, + a pack 'n play for a baby.
The Space:
When you walk into the home, you'll notice the open concept first floor, featuring a double oven chef's kitchen with a long dine-in island, dining room, family room with a fireplace available for use and 75 inch Smart TV, and piano available for you to play.
Heading upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, all with blackout curtains, and a workspace with a standing desk. The primary suite has a king bed, massive walk-in closet and bathroom (shower only) with heated floors. There is also a small balcony with a bistro set for morning coffee or afternoon reading. Down the hallway features a queen bedroom and king bedroom with a shared bathroom. A pack 'n play is available for use.
In the basement, you'll find a living room with a Smart TV, pull-out couch and exercise bike, bedroom with a king bed, and bathroom with heated floors and tub shower.
The 2-car garage, backyard with small fence for the pup(s) and outdoor furniture is available for you to use. There are also two bikes you can use to explorer the city.
All essentials are provided- soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, an assortment of teas, creamer, and sugar.
Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry front the front and garage entry door. Guests are given a code within 48 hours of checking in. Guests will have access to the entire house, garage and yard. They also have access to laundry machines in basement. Neighboring houses are closeby. Please be respectful of neighboring property.
The Neighborhood:
Situated along the Towpath Trail and just minutes from Downtown Cleveland, Tremont is Cleveland’s vibrant urban village where visitors mingle seamlessly with residents, business owners, artists and entrepreneurs.
Tremont is one of Cleveland’s oldest neighborhoods with a rich history dating back to the early 1800s. Today the neighborhood is known for its award-winning restaurants, lively art scene, boutique shops, scenic churches, and fun-filled events that bring the community together and attract visitors from around the region and across the country.
Home to the famous "The Christmas Story House," Tremont is centrally located, just 5 minutes from downtown Cleveland and Ohio City, 15 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport, and 15 Minutes from Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
Getting Around:
Tremont is incredibly accessible. It is a very walkable area. Two bikes are available for you to use during your stay. If you are looking to travel to other areas of the city, having a car is easiest. However, public transportation (bus and rapid) are available. It is also easy to find rentable scooters and bikes in Tremont.
Other Things to Note:
NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $45 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
2 NIGHT MIN -- 2-night minimum. All prebooking questions must be answered to process your reservation. If guest fails to answer any prebooking questions their reservation will be canceled and/or declined.
LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting with another booking platform due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are not able to grant early or late checkouts at this time under most cases. There are times if we have open nights where we can accommodate it, but given the size of the house and time it takes to prepare, we cannot accommodate late checkout or early check ins if we have check ins or checkouts same day. We do allow for bag drop.
$150 flat fee per pet.

Guests will have their autonomy in the house. We, a team of expert hosts, are message away if anything is needed or there are questions about the property.
