Perfect Location & Excellent Host Near Georgia Tech! This rental was ideal for our group of 8, offering the perfect blend of location and comfort. The property's proximity to Georgia Tech, local bars, and restaurants made it an excellent base for exploring Atlanta.The house exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout and thoughtful amenities. We particularly appreciated the abundance of fluffy towels and complimentary bottled water - small touches that made a big difference. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout.Our host, Alani, was exceptional - quick to respond and incredibly helpful. When we experienced an issue with the water heater, he handled it promptly and efficiently, minimizing any inconvenience to our stay. The only reason this isn't a perfect 5/5 was the water heater incident, but Alani's quick response in resolving the issue demonstrated excellent customer service.This place had everything we needed and more. We're already planning to book again for our next Atlanta visit.

21st Anniversary and Family Reunion

The Dream home was amazing for our family of 8 which included grand babies who are toddlers. The property owner Alani started communicating prior to the visit and remained consistently responsive throughout our stay. The property exceeded expectations and the location was convenient to everything. We would definitely recommend to others and would not hesitate to reserve this location again.

Weekend getaway

We stayed at the Dream Home for the weekend to celebrate my son’s 20th bday. The host was very communicative even before we arrived and he always responded to any questions within 30 minutes. We were driving in from SC and we had family flying in from NJ. When we got there, we were happy to see that the fridge was stocked with water bottles for us and there were more in the pantry. The property is beautiful and clean and the location is ideal. There are so many restaurants, bars, bakeries, wine shops, and recreational activities within walking distance. We never used our car. The unit is an end unit with multiple balconies (including a rooftop one) and a two car garage (which was amazing b/c we did not have to pay for parking). The house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people with 3 full bathrooms and 2 half. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely book again next time we come to Atlanta.

Nice part of town

The home was in a good place no traffic getting in or out. The owner was very nice checking on us and made check out very easy. Home was very nice the stairs were a bit much but we managed. There was quite a bit of noise at night. The only problem was my son who slept on the ground floor bedroom found a big bug in his room it was just 1 so it could have been just a random thing because the home seemed very clean. It didn't ruin our trip but it was found the morning we left, could have freaked him out if we had to have stayed another night.

Wedding Weekend with Family

Wow, this place is top notch! You start with a great host who made sure everything is taken of. You can not beat the location, everything you need is within walking distance or a $5/$10 Lyft away. It comes with a 2 car garage and the home is huge and spacious 4 floors. We will definitely come back here. Great host ease to work with and great hospitality.

Spring Break 2024

My family of 6 took a spring break vacation to Atlanta and stayed 1 week at this property. It was everything as advertised. We had a blast and enjoyed every minute of it. Would highly recommend it for families that want to stay in downtown Atlanta in a safe environment.

As Advertised

The listing accurately depicted the property. It was very nice and private. There was a lot of bugs outside the balcony that did not allow us to enjoy those features. Overall, the location was decent the only thing we didnt care for was the fact that there is a lot of construction and being on the corner, many cars could be heard driving by at certain times. The fact that it has a garage was a bonus but very little direct parking outside (if you need it). We ubered where we needed to go so my car stayed in the garage the entire trip which was great! Enough room for everyone and lots to do near by! The property manager stayed in contact and responded promptly to a question upon initial arrival. Great customer service! Definitely recommend!

My stay was amazing. There are so many beautiful amenities in the Townhome my guests were in awww. The location was incredible you have your bars, restaurants, shopping areas right around the corner. We loved our stay and can’t wait to book again.
