Cozy basement apartment-No shared spaces-private entrance-Parking spot by garage

Enjoy the basement apartment of my home in the Potwin area. It’s great for legislators and traveling nurses or people traveling because I’m just by I-70. No shared spaces in the home. I live upstairs but you will have your own entrance w/keypad, as well as one off street parking space. I never see my guests. I use the front.

This apartment has a large bedroom, small living area with 43” TV, & full bath with a mini fridge & free laundry. I have shower items too, so pack light! There’s another smart tv on the bedroom wall as well.
