Good if you’re just using the bed and going to a concert

Overall I would have to give this place 3 stars. The owner was great, very nice and responsive. The location was good if you’re going to a concert (we did not but the concert venue is steps away) and it was very close to local attractions. The listing gave me the impression that the beach was also only steps away but it turns out that the beach is outside of the property, across the street. I wish that had been made clear in the listing. Also, the sofa bed is not actually a sofa bed. It’s a very thin piece of foam that offers no support or cushion so you’re going to feel all the metal of the sofa bed on your back. The bed however, was very nice and comfortable. This place is ideal for two adults going to a concert at the Pavilion.

Adorable place in a great location

I stayed here with my friend for a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. The location was perfect and was a short walk to the venue. It was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio area and it was very close to the pool. Check in was easy and Mary Jane was responsive with any questions I had.

We stayed at the condo for a concert. The location is perfect! The host Mary Jane was very helpful and even let us check in a bit early. I would recommened this place and would stay again!

2 minute walk to BNH Pavilion.

Went to a concert at Bank of New Hampshire pavilion. This is right next to it. So convenient and easy. Additionally this property has every amenity you can imagine or having fun. The sheets and pillows were fantastic

Had a wonderful time staying at the condo. It had everything we needed! Short drive down to Weirs Beach, and even better was when we went to BNH Pavilion it was a super easy walk. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be looking to stay again! :-D

Perfect Location for Attending Concert

Had a great stay at Mary Jane's place. Can't get a better location if you're going to a show at the pavilion. The path to the venue could not be easier. Would definitely stay again.
