Tiny House

The listing is misleading, as you are right next to the highway. Highway noise started fairly early in the morning. The cats were somewhat friendly but you couldn’t be outside without them being underfoot or climbing all over you or in your vehicle. The property manager was responsive. Please put a railing up going up the stairs. Nowhere to eat, unless outside with cats all over you. We bought food to try to save money and there was no instruction manual for the cooktop.

Tiny Farm House

We didn’t realize when we booked that there would be so many animals on the property. Cows, horses, chickens, roosters, a turkey, cats and kittens too! The animals provided a lot of entertainment and sweet memories to our trip. The tiny house is close enough to town and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay!

Only thing I would say is please add a guardrail on the open side of the stairs going up to the bed. Fall in the night could potentially be very bad. Other than that was great - view is amazing, space is well-utilized, cute baby kittens out front with their mama as a bonus (stray but very sweet)

OK until check out.

Initial impression was good location and good sleeping accommodations. Really needed a little better cleaning, handrails for stairs and more seating. It sleeps 6, but only has enough seating for 2. No place to dine inside. Long black hairs all over-in sheets, carpets and floor. Dirty windows and corners, cupboards etc. But when we stripped the sheets on the beds, the queen sized mattress was covered with stains. Looked like blood and urine stains. It was absolutely disgusting! Had we seen the mattress, we would left and found other accommodations. It was that gross. I did take photos.

A short title to this review

Neat tiny house. No local contact name/# was ever given, but wasn't a problem for us. Nice setting with friendly farm animals, however road noise from intersection prevented sleeping with windows open. TIP: Point the remote at A/C unit in order to get its confirmation beeps to actually register a change on the unit. Floor a little uneven, but still solid. We didn't use many of the features including washer/dryer or shower, so I can't review those options, though they seemed like they would work fine. The outside chairs facing the mountain view and the available fire pit-thing were a nice touch. I would stay here again, especially since it was a trip highlight for my tiny-home-loving kid.

Quaint

Beautiful view of Grand Teton walking out the front door of the home. Horses, cows, chickens, and cats on the property. Just a suggestion. The steps going up to the loft would be well served with a handrail.
