Newly Remodeled 5 bedroom 2 bathroom lake home. Open floor plan with tons of natural lighting and water views from almost every window in the home. The Master bedroom has a 3 season porch with private entrance. All bedrooms have smart TVs. The property is elevated offering amazing lake views form every side. Many indoor and outdoor seating areas for spreading out or gathering as a group. New dock for boat parking. Pontoon rental available. The property is on Prairie Lake, part of the Chetek Chain of Lakes on the north end. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. There are several (8-9) bar/restaurants on the water with docks to park your boat and enjoy meals, drinks and live entertainment. Partially secluded 1/2 acre lot centrally located between Chetek and Rice Lake for a short drive to many more restaurants, shopping and other entertainment!

Great location

We loved having privacy and views of the lake out windows from 3 sides of the house. Lots of parking and outdoor seating and accommodations to enjoy the outside. Steps and dock worked great for our week stay with a pontoon rental. Would recommend to families and couples!

Awesome property for a large family!

This home is spacious and beautiful. The updates are really nice and clean, the kitchen and baths are fully stocked albeit the bathrooms are small. The location though can not be beaten, gorgeous views in every direction. My family loved our stay!

Fishing Trip

The home was lovely. It was very clean and had every thing that we needed. The steps down to the dock were a little tricky. A railing would have helped. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

Great getaway!

We stayed here for a family vacation. It comfortably fit 8 adults and 2 children. The cabin was clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. We also rented the pontoon which was so convenient. Pontoon is a bit old and worn, but worked fine. Enjoyed the sandbars and restaurants on the lake. Beautiful views from the cabin. Enjoyed the tree covered patio and fire pit very much. Would stay again. Thanks!

Wonderful Getaway

We loved this stay! The home is stunning. Fit our annual family cabin weekend perfectly (6 adults, 4 kids). Kitchen & home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning was wonderful after a warm day on the lake. Pontoon worked great for tubing and cruising to the bar/restaurants on the Chain of Lakes. Nikki the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the pac man too! Fire pit was great size with plenty of room for seating. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Lake Home

Beautiful property! Clean, comfortable home. We had 10 in our group, plenty of space. The pac man game is great. Great seating overlooking the lake, fire pit also overlooks lake. Home has nice frontage and lots of privacy. Would for sure stay again!

Up North Retreat

Had a great time with a large group of family and friends! This lakeside house has everything you need or may have forgotten at home. Amazing views, located at a nice spot on the lake, and not too far from town. House is much more spacious than the pictures lead you to believe. The drop off to waterfront is a little daunting with little kids running around but manageable. Pontoon rental, check in, check out all was easy & quick responses from the host! We will return!

Simply perfect!!

I can’t rave about this property and overall setup more! Absolutely incredible location, and on an amazing lake/flowage. We had everything we needed for an amazing weekend in paradise. The views from everywhere in the cabin were amazing. The cabin itself was spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen had what we needed for meals, and everything worked well. We rented the pontoon, too, and that was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and bars to keep you entertained on the water if the weather doesn’t cooperate. I literally can’t recommend this property enough. It is THE perfect setup in northern Wisconsin. Nikki was an awesome host too! Thank you soooo much for hosting us; we are so appreciative for our incredible weekend!

Why they chose this property

We purchased our first property in Chetek, WI and absolutely fell in love with the town, the people and just everything about it. The town has many cute boutiques, fishing and game stores, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and much more. Whether it is Rain or shine, there is always something to do. The chain of lakes offers amazing views and entertainment. This listing is our second property we purchased here and listed because our guests love this area so much.

What makes this property unique

The lake view at this property is absolutely amazing. the home sits a little elevated just enough to get a picturesque view but still easily navigate to down a few steps to the dock. The property is on a point so you have water views all around you. When sitting on patio on lake side, you have no neighbors, just water and fishing boats.
