Quiet, peaceful home on a private half-acre in one of Dripping Springs' original neighborhoods. Located less than a mile from downtown Dripping Springs and Mercer Street. Close proximity to dozens of wineries, breweries and distilleries along with numerous wedding venues and beautiful Pedernales Falls State Park. We are about a thirty minute drive to Downtown Austin, Austin International Airport or Lake Travis. This is a great location to explore The Hill Country!

Excellent home!

We were in Dripping Springs to attend my granddaughters wedding. The house was in a perfect location, near the wedding venue. The house itself was very welcoming, comfortable for all of us. We all enjoyed our stay and give it the very highest rating!

This house was perfect for our one night stay as we attended a wedding. Perfect location close to everything in dripping springs, clean & spacious house that was stocked with necessities. Worked perfectly for our group of 6! Would absolutely stay here again if in the area

Great! Cozy and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and cozy, well stocked for sure! We were checked on to make sure we were warm enough in the cold weather. The host was very communicative during our stay when we had questions and we could not have asked for a better trip! Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect spot!

This was a perfect place for our family. Came for the Singer Songwriters Festival and this property was just a short distance away. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! Property manager or the owner was super friendly, nice and helpful! If we do go back to Dripping Springs again we will definitely rent this house again

We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was super close to everything a Dripping Springs. An ideal spot for us to be close to family. The only thing is the bathrooms really need some updating!

Weekend trip

Just out for a little weekend getaway. Enjoyed the wineries, breweries and distilleries in the area! This property is very cute, just a little cool in the front area for 28-30 degree weather. Very nice, enjoyed our stay.

Nice home in dripping springs

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding in dripping springs and it was much better than a hotel. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone.

Perfect for 5 adults: kitchen is wonderful

My family (5 adults) came in for one night for a family gathering in Dripping Springs. It was perfect for all five of us. Kitchen is very large and we were able to all hang out together in that area. Very close to downtown Dripping and lots of things to do. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
