Not Good

My family and I travel a great deal. I have never had a bad experience with rental until this one. For starters the home was NOT clean. AT ALL! Home was definitely NOT as described either. The home stated it had a Murphy Bed but it did not. I found out after reaching out to the host that my children would have to sleep on an air mattress. I see now that the owner added the Air Mattress in the description after my stay. There were personal items in the drawers, non working TVs, except the downstairs TV, crumbs in the bed of one of the bedrooms. One of the rooms doors were damaged. The ice/water feature on the fridge was not working. Blinds were torn up and did not come all the way down to cover the windows…. I could go on. Honestly, and unfortunately, this rental experience was not a pleasant one. I understand this may be a new listing and the host did apologize and agreed to rectify the situation but this listing needs some major improvements. It was in a great neighborhood though. Please use my review to make your property better.
