Florida Country Home Under The Oaks
Peaceful home in secluded rural area of Fort Myers. Lots of outdoor space and parking. Nature, Large Oaks, Tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Large driveway to bring your RV, boat, or multiple vehicles. Light airy, open living area. Huge screened in porch! Fully stocked kitchen with tons of extras for all your cooking needs! Wifi, Xbox, Large TVs, and Tons of complimentary books to read. Full size washer and dryer. Located close to I75, restaurants, grocery store and Babcock Ranch.
Guest access
The whole manicured portion of the property is accessible with a gate on either side. The pole barn and loft is off limits.
Other things to note
There is a pole barn on the back of the property that has a small apartment, currently rented to a tenant who lost his home in hurricane Ian. The property still offers plenty of privacy and the barn is set far enough back from the house so interactions can be avoided.
