This superb apartment was in an ideal location, incredibly well maintained/outfitted, and a wonderful retreat after a day of walking, site seeing and dining. Great communications in the lead-up to check-in, and super-helpful information provided in the apartment. This was exactly as described in the listing.
Cute 1 BR ground floor apartment with a back patio was comfortable for hubby and I. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, garbage bags dish soap and dishwasher. We rented a car but almost everything was within walkable distance. I would stay here again.
This property is a gem! It was clean, quaint, and the manager was pleasant to work with! We highly recommend this place and will book it again when we return!!
We absolutely loved the home. It was spacious. comfortable, and walkable to everything. We put in some miles and afterward enjoyed some time on the back patio. Super experience. Thank you!
From the moment you walk in, the freshness and coziness sinks in. The property is exactly as described. Comfortable king size bed, clean bathroom, plenty of space for my husband and I to relax between sight seeing. We walked the beautiful street to breakfast at Clary’s, then caught the trolley for the day. We did an Uber to Riverstreet for dinner then decided to walk back as it was a beautiful evening. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
Location and place great. Could use a new mattress on bed or put a gel foam on top. Couch not that comfortable. Place clean and set up nicely. Easy access.
This is not a good listing, the outside patio area was nasty, dirty, there was wood stacked up on patio, with someone running a saw, there was busch beer left in fride from last guest! To get from bedroom to the kitchen in middle of the night you had to go thru the kitchen, because bathroom is of the kitchen, other than feeling like cold dingy dark castle i guess that sums it up! We wound up staying at a hotel and had the stay we originally expected!!
Very nice clean property in the heart of historic district - close to shops, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.
The place was located with in walking distance of downtown. No issues with parking. The only issue was the hot water. We did not have enough when the upstairs tenants were there. A few cold showers were taken.
My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a little get away to Savannah. We parked and didn't move the van till we left. It was an easy check in and we enjoyed it being conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit. We walked everywhere we went except the one day we did the trolley tour. You will not be disappointed with the location.

Why they chose this property
Savannah's downtown is such a unique and beautiful design that many people who have traveled around the world name our city as their favorite place. The public green space carefully preserved throughout the downtown and the mix of gorgeous homes, shops, museums and restaurants is what makes the 1-mile Historic District a destination for over 12 million tourists a year.
What makes this property unique
When my husband and I lived in this home, we loved walking around our beautiful neighborhood and dining out frequently. The location, just steps from restaurants such as Fox and Fig as well as the Broughton Street nightlife, is the top feature of this home. Jones Street is known as the most beautiful street in Savannah, due to its grand width, its historic brick foundation and the gorgeous live oaks mixed with magnolias and palm trees. Additionally, for a single bedroom rental this apartment has a large scale including a nice ceiling height that will not make you feel closed in or have a 'rabbit warren' affect. We have decorated the entire apartment in a fresh clean contemporary fashion to appeal to guests of all ages.
