❖This home is a 16 minute drive Bagnell Dam that is packed with history, restaurants, boat rentals and night life.

Getting to know the space:
There are 7 bedrooms spread out on 4 different levels. Let my try to explain this custom built home starting from the top level, we'll call this level one, to the lowest level, we'll call this level four.

★Level 1:
Is located above the garage. This has bedrooms 6 & 7 along with bathroom 4 and the bean bag seating area. This space is accessed through the garage, and through the game room.

★Level 2:
Is on the ground level. This has the living room, kitchen, bar, 1/2 bathroom, garage parking and the game room (with the basketball setup) off to the side. The outside deck is also located on this level.

★Level 3:
One level down from the ground level. This has the two master bedrooms with the King beds, ensuite bathrooms and the laundry room in the hall.

★Level 4:
This is the lowest level where you will find the two bunkbed rooms, the single bedroom, a full bathroom along with a center hangout space with a 65" TV with a comfortable sectional that you can unwind from the busy day playing Xbox on. This level has an outside door that let's you walk out to access the lake.

★ Bathrooms:
There are so many bathrooms! 4 1/2 to be exact! No more having to wait in a long line to get ready for the day- there are 4 1/2 bathrooms all with instant heat so you won't run out of hot water! There are hair dryers, toiletries, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash all provided during your stay.


★ Living rooms: There are 3 living rooms:

★ Living room 1 (main level, 2nd level)
This living space is in the heart of the home. It is the definition of open concept where your living room, kitchen and bar are all on the same level. The reclining sectional faces the 85" smart TV that has Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+. The stunning deck is also on this level.

★ Living room 2 (4th level)
You will find the brand new wrap around couch facing a 65” TV where you can get lost in a game of Xbox

★ Living room 3 (1st level)
On the top floor is where you can relax on the fun bean bags while your friends and family are just down the stairs playing a round of basketball in the game room.


★ Kitchen (2nd level)
The kitchen is stocked with many supplies so you can start the morning off right cooking pancakes on the breakfast skillet to ending the day Barbecuing on the back deck. We supply Keurig coffee, hot cocoa and tea- drink what you like- it's on us!

★ Garage
A two car deep garage large enough to fit two full sized trucks. The ping pong table is also in the garage, off to the side

★Outside the home
Welcome to 75 feet of private waterfront shoreline at the house. Hang out on the deck, on the dock or jump in the water- whatever you choose! There is a custom built-in grill along with tables, chairs and a sectional. The dock has two kayaks, a lily pad, floaties and lifejackets. Excellent place on the lake for fishing.

★Parking
You can fit up to 5 cars at the house with garage parking! Feel free to park 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars right in front of the home. No parking across the home as this is a small graveled road that needs to be accessible to everyone driving on the road. No parking in front of a neighbor's home as parking is limited and that is their parking.

★Kids
Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play, baby monitor, and a high chair located onsite. There are card games, mini basketball, Jenga, Cornhole, boardgames, books and an Xbox S for kids of all ages to play after a long day at the lake.

Notes:
✤There are four levels to this home so there are multiple stairs all throughout.
✤While traveling to the home the roads are all paved but the last 1/2 mile. This is gravel, a little windy but not too steep. I can make it in my sedan just fine :)

Note: There are 4 outdoor security cameras on the property: 1 at the front door is a doorbell camera, 1 - at the back of the home, facing the lake. These are in place for property security. There are 2 more cameras, one on each side of the home, these are nonfunctioning.
